Registration for the ‘Invest Asia: Panel Discussion and Market Place’

Investor and MFIs that register for ‘Invest Asia’ will have access to:
1. Registration to the Asia Microfinance Forum 2010, 12 -15 October 2010;
2. Participation in the Investor Marketplace, 14 October 2010.
MFIs that register will also be able to participate in a workshop on Investment Relationship Management.
Registration for Investors
Interested investors are required to register their interest by completing the form which can be accessed at the link below. The registration fee is USD 1,000 for one person and will be processed by the BWTP Network directly. This person should not register online for the Forum. Each additional representative can register as a delegate at the Asia Microfinance Forum here.

Registration for MFIs
The MFIs are required to register on Asia Microfinance Forum page, by filling and sending a registration application form. A Selection Committee consisting of the BWTP Network and SAMN shall make the final decision on MFI access to the event, based on the information provided in the application form, and reports given on the MFIs website. The Selection Committee would also give due consideration to ensure diversity of market place by giving opportunity to MFI from different countries, legal types, size.
MFIs that qualify for the event would be notified of the decision by 5th September 2010. Following this, MFIs would be asked to pay a registration fee of USD 600 to secure the entry to market place. MFI would then have to send detail Pitch-page information to the organisers to as per template provided to prepare consolidated Pitch-page publication for all the participating MFIs for the investors. The registration Fee is USD 600 per MFI for one person. The primary representative should not register online for the Forum. The MFI can register other representatives as delegates at the Asia Microfinance Forum here.

Travel, Accommodation and Visas
The participants are requested to take care of their travel and accommodation arrangements in Colombo. All information on these and information on visas is available on the Asia Microfinance Forum website here.
